Whoever uses and contracts any of the services or facilities of Emporda Golf Club S.A., acquires the category of Client, declaring to have legal capacity to contract the services offered, so that he/she fully and expressly accepts, without reservations of any kind, these General Conditions as well as the particular conditions contained in the Regime of use and utilization of the facilities and services.
